The Challenge
This project contained many complex scheduling hurdles. The site was existing, with some remodel work, as well as new additions. The school was also open for a portion of the time frame in which this work took place.
The Solution
Working closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and school district staff was our remedy to the many setbacks and delays that remodels tend to produce. Even though our schedule slipped due to unforeseen circumstances with other trades, we still hit the mark at the end and we were able to provide the needed materials and product that the school required to function. We installed casework on weekends and after hours to make sure this project came together for the owner.
The Results
All of our hard work and dedication to the project paid off when the staff and children were able to enjoy their newly remodeled school. We were able to demonstrate that even when schedules slide and project site situations come about, we still have a deadline to meet that cannot move, and we accomplished this goal.
