The Challenge

Our largest challenge on this project was the skylight paneling. Multiple angles and height factored into the complexity that the design required. Panels had to be scribed in the field even with field dimensioning and accurate shop drawings.

The Solution

The ability to rely on our qualified field installation team made this easier than it would've been had we tried to completely finish cut the panels in our shop. The panels were cut to a certain point and we then sent them to the site to be finished on-site. While it wasn't an easy task, the plan worked and it was more or less the only solution that was available given the complexity.

The Results

Although photos don't do most installations justice, it is clearly seen that our solution was successful. The fit and finish of the millwork has tight joints and integrated perfectly with the surrounding scope. A quick glance at the photo shows that it belongs and is a complement to the overall project.
