The resounding success of this high quality millwork project could not have happened without the right qualified team. Between the custom wood slats, finished stair treads, veneer casework and wall paneling, our custom woodwork shop was busy. Without the right team in place, we never would have realized the success we did. Another win for the general contractor and Beck Cabinet Company, all to the benefit of the owner.
Challenge in project
The singular largest challenge with this project was the vertical hanging solid wood slats in the stairwells. The custom programming that went into these, ensuring our fabrication packets were correct, was a feat. Beyond the weight of these brackets, the complex field installation didn’t make it any easier.

The end result highlights our team’s ability to come together to find solutions prior to encountering them on-site. Even though this product, coupled with the stair treads, are not typical items we manufacture, it shows that our capabilities expand far beyond casework while maintaining the same quality and eye-pleasing results.
Our dedication to craftsmanship, ensuring fitment and function go hand-in-hand, directly had an impact in the final product, which will be enjoyed by staff and students alike for years to come.
